These terms govern your use of MCQ by FDP (the "Platform"), operated by Futani Digital Platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for school students, competitive/professional exam aspirants, and corporate learners. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or let others use your login.
• Attempt to access another student's account or data.
• Post abusive, harassing, or inappropriate content in community chat rooms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the question bank.
• Use automated tools (bots) to complete quizzes or manipulate scores/leaderboards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Pro subscriptions are billed via Razorpay for the period shown at checkout (currently 30 days per purchase). Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

5. Content

Questions, explanations, and study material on the Platform are owned by Futani Digital Platform or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal exam preparation only. You may not redistribute, republish, or resell this content.

6. No guarantee of results

The Platform is a study aid. We don't guarantee any particular exam result, score, or outcome from using it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Futani Digital Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
